Ticketing
There is free seating in the Center Court for all ticket categories (unnumbered seats).
Tickets are valid for the whole day and for all day matches in the Centre Court. Tickets for individual matches are not available.
Weekly passes and day tickets in all categories are non-transferable.
A weekly pass gives one person access to the grandstand from Wednesday to Sunday. It is not possible to receive one ticket/control wristband per day.
A day ticket gives one person access to the respective ticket category on the day of the valid ticket. It is not possible, for example, to obtain a ticket/control wristband in the morning and a ticket/control wristband in the afternoon.
Tickets are compulsory within the centre court. Children up to the age of 16 receive a 50% discount. Children under the age of 6 receive a free ticket. However, this must be purchased online.
Entry to the grandstand at the side court is free of charge.
The number of seats is limited - first come, first serve.

After purchasing the ticket, you will receive an email with the ticket attached (often the .pdf is also visible at the bottom of the email). If you do not get an email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you have any further problems, please contact ticketing@beachgstaad.ch with the order number.
The tickets must be presented at the ticket counter for the ticket exchange. The code is valid once only.
Wheelchair visitors have free entrance. The ticket booking can be made at ticketing@beachgstaad.ch or +41 33 744 06 40.
Accompanying persons pay the normal ticket price (max. 1 accompanying person).
We provide a car park nearby the Center Court on request.
Tickets can be returned 60 days before the start of the tournament, as long as the booked ticket category is not yet sold out. The corresponding gross ticket value will be refunded minus a 15% service charge. It is not possible to return tickets at a later date.
A ticket cancellation is only possible if the ticket purchaser contacts us. Contact by email: ticketing@beachgstaad.ch.
We recommend completing a ticket insurance.
Local residents (1st residence in the municipality of Saanen, Gsteig and Lauenen) have the opportunity to buy a reduced weekly pass at the tourist office in Gstaad. All other ticket categories must be bought at the normal rate.

The box office is open during the tournament half an hour before the start of the match. Tickets can be purchased at the box office subject to availability.
Ticket upgrades are possible as long as the newly requested ticket category is available and the previously purchased category is not sold out. The difference in ticket price must be paid on site or in advance.
It is possible to exchange a child ticket for an adult ticket. The difference in ticket price must be paid on site or in advance.
There is no entitlement to a replacement for a lost ticket or control wristband that has already been scanned.

If less than 3 matches (spread over the day) could be played in the event of a cancellation, the ticket prices will be refunded afterwards in accordance with the GTC. No payments will be made on site.
As long as the safety of all (guests and participants) is guaranteed, the beach volleyball matches will also take place in case of rain and bad weather. We would like to point out that delays and interruptions may occur.
Tickets will not be refunded.

There is no possibility to withdraw money directly at the Beach Village.

Most cash desks at the tournament accept major credit and Maestro cards.
All bicycles can be parked at the official bicycle parking, which is located behind the Coop parking just after the underpass on the left.
During the Swatch Beach Pro Gstaad, photographs and films will be taken and published by the organizer and authorized media representatives. By purchasing a ticket, visiting the Beach Village and the Side Court, the guest and all participants agree that they may be depicted in these recordings and used for the above-mentioned purposes without compensation.
The lost and found office is located at the Infopoint. Lost items will be deposited at the lost and found office.

You can charge your cell phone at the Quickline stand in the Beach Village.
There is a parking space for baby carriages in front of the Center Court.
Sport Events Gstaad GmbH accepts no liability for theft.
The tournament is an open-air event. We recommend weatherproof clothing and closed shoes.
Various items can be purchased in the Beach Village. Items can be purchased online all year round via the Beach Shop.
The public parking is signposted in Gstaad and costs CHF 10.00 per calendar day (CHF 20.00 overnight)
The VIP and Skylounge ticket includes a parking space. The parking map with the coordinates will be sent to you in advance. A shuttle service runs from the VIP parking to the Center Court.
The Saanen Bank Zügli departs daily from 11.00 a.m. at the Center Court and runs between the Center Court and the Side Court. There is no timetable. A journey from the Center Court to the Side Court takes approx. 8-10 minutes. Departure/arrival approx. every 20 minutes at the Center Court / Side Court.

First-aid post: at the Center Court between the VIP grandstand (covered grandstand) and the Skylounge/Saanentribüne.

The Side Court is located at the Gstaad Sports Center (Sportzentrumstrasse 15) and can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes. The Saanen Bank Zügli runs between the Center Court and the Side Court. The ride is free of charge.
Pets are not permitted on the Center Court (spectator stand, VIP stand and Skylounge).
